WebMoney Keeper WinPro 3.9.9.22 for Windows

WebMoney Keeper WinPro 3.9.9.22 for professional use is now available with advanced support for P-wallets. Users can exchange WMP for other title units directly in the program and transfer the wallet to archive. The convenient update of information about current limits was also added.

Big changes have been made to the chat, where spell checking, display of preview images, and playing audio and video files directly in the program have appeared. Tabs with open conversations could be conveniently arranged by dragging with the mouse.

During a video call, WebMoney Keeper WinPro automatically turns on the previously selected camera. In addition, the program has become more stable when the computer exits hibernation mode.

P-wallets became available for Germany and Israel citizens

To open a P-wallet, citizens of Germany and Israel need to apply for a Personal Passport from the WebMoney system registrars (https://passport.webmoney.ru/asp/Reglist.asp).

System users who received a Personal Passport before 20.12.2019 can check their application status and take the required actions to complete the identification process via this link.

P-wallet accounts for electronic payment funds in Russian Rubles. Remember that citizens of Azerbaijan, Armenia, Belarus, Georgia, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Latvia, Moldova, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, Ukraine, Uzbekistan and Estonia already had the option of opening a P-wallet.

WebMoney has joined the Faster Payments System of the Central Bank of Russia

WebMoney Transfer has joined the Faster Payments System (FPS) of the Bank of Russia. Owners of WMP wallets can now instantly send funds to 38 banks-participants of the FPS, and receive incoming transfers. The clearing bank of WebMoney for wallets in Russian Rubles is JSC Bank `CCB`.

Using the FPS, funds to a WebMoney wallet can be added free of charge. The commission fee for transferring funds to other banks is 1.2 % plus the system`s service charge of 0.8%.

Clients of the FSP-participants have the option of transferring funds to a WebMoney wallet with the recipient`s mobile number by selecting the relevant option in their banking app.

To use the service, owners of an electronic wallet need to go to the `Transfer` menu, select `By phone number` and then `Via the Faster Payments System` of the mobile app or the web version of  WebMoney Keeper.

Remember that from 2019 system participants can transfer funds with a mobile number between WebMoney and Sberbank.

New WebMoney Keeper WinPro version 3.9.9.20

The new version of WebMoney Keeper WinPro allows you to change the font size in the tabs of the main window. You can do this by scrolling the wheel of your mouse while holding down the Ctrl key.

The support for P-wallets has also been upgraded:


  • Notifications about your accounts and transactions are now displayed in the tray;

  • And you can search for a correspondent by their wallet number.

P-wallet expanded its geographical presence

P-wallet is now available for citizens of Azerbaijan, Armenia, Georgia, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Latvia, Moldova, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, Uzbekistan and Estonia.

To open a P-wallet, you will need to receive a Personal Passport from one of the WebMoney Registrars.

Announcement for R-wallet users

We inform that the legal framework of the WebMoney Transfer system has been changed in terms of WMR property rights issued on R-wallets based on the regulator requirements pursuant to Russian Federal Law No. 161-FZ dated June 27, 2011 “About the National Payment System”.

In connection with the foregoing, we inform that:

• From August 1st, 2019, P-wallets will be introduced to WebMoney Transfer system, which will contain funds in Russian rubles (WMP – e-money in Russian rubles) issued by JSC Bank KKB in accordance with the Rules.

• P-wallet will be created by the system on the terms of a public offer about the provision of information and technological services at WebMoney Transfer system with P-type wallets. P-wallet will be also replenished automatically with the amount of the ECP (electronic check) system participant (R-wallet) by transferring the ECP to the ECP holder (WMP) during the period from 01.08.2019 to 01.09.2019. At the same time, from August 1st, 2019, registration of new R-wallets will be discontinued, and existing R-wallets will be transferred to the archive upon reaching zero balance (an operational report for them will be available in the report.webmoney.ru service).

• During the transition period from August 1st to October 1st, 2019 inclusive, the traditional methods for withdrawal from R-wallets with a non-zero balance will remain. At the same period time, it will be also possible to transfer funds from R to P-wallets of the same user without any commission. 

• After October 1st, 2019, it will be only possible to withdraw funds from R-wallets to a ruble bank account specified by a WebMoney Transfer system user. The withdrawal will be possible exclusively by submitting ECP (WMR) for payment to JSC Network Clearing House in the order specified by the law. Before the withdrawal, the user shall pass full identification in accordance with the Russian Federal Law of August 7, 2001 No. 115-FZ “On Combating Legalization (Laundering) of Proceeds from Crime and Financing of Terrorism”.

WebMoney Transfer guarantees the safety and integrity of the property rights of the system users.
