New methods of funds withdrawing to bank accounts in Vietnam, Indonesia, Thailand, as well as to the China's UnionPay payment system are available to the WebMoney Z-wallet owners.
Funds can be wired only to the sender's personal bank account and card.
WebMoney system participants in Bulgaria, Albania, Turkey and Vietnam can withdraw funds via UNISTREAM. To use this option, a user needs to submit an application via the `Cashout` menu at withdraw.web.money.
A payout is made directly to the sender of funds and the name of the recipient and that of the WMID`s owner should match.
In addition to the listed countries, the withdrawal of funds via UNISTREAM is available in Abkhazia, Armenia, Belarus, Belgium, Germany, Greece, Georgia, Denmark, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Israel, Lithuania, Moldova, Mongolia, Russia, Slovakia, Tajikistan, Uzbekistan and Cyprus.
The top/up and withdrawal operations with the BSV.ECU instrument have become available at INDX Exchange. BSV.ECU notes are secured by the Bitcoin SV (BSV) accounting units. 1,000 (One thousand) of the BSV.ECU instrument notes is an equivalent to 1 (one) Bitcoin SV accounting unit.
Deposits can be made at a minimum of 0.0001 BSV and the minimum amount for withdrawal is 0.01 BSV (or 10 BSV.ECU notes).

The Guarantor of WMX, WML and WMH has lowered the restrictions on the withdrawal of the named currencies. System participants with a PhotoID or a WebMoney Passport of the initial and upper types can now withdraw up to 30% of their remaining balance in one 24-hour period without a delay for additional verification.
