As 2016 comes to an end, the global settlement system WebMoney Transfer would like to say a big thank you to each and every one of our users and wish you all Merry Christmas and a very Happy New Year filled with many new ideas, business opportunities and successful projects.

It was a great and eventful year for WebMoney – we launched a number of new services and continuously improved their interfaces, and perhaps, the biggest highlight of all our newly introduced payment methods was the launch of a payment acceptance in Bitcoin, which has become available not only for X-purses but also directly for Z, R and U purses. As a result, it brought new business opportunities and potential clients to merchants and, on the other hand, buyers, even those who have not yet joined our vibrant WebMoney community, can now use Bitcoin to pay for products and services in authorised WebMoney shops. Project authors on WebMoney Funding can also benefit from using this option which allows them to start fundraising in Bitcoin.

We have significantly updated mobile clients for all platforms. The business network WebMoney Events has been fully renewed and relaunched, the WebMoney Files and WebMoney Video services have also been significantly modified and improved and, finally, we have launched our own worldwide hotel and travel booking service.
