Fundraising on WebMoney Funding is now available in Bitcoin

The fundraising platform WebMoney Funding from now on will allow its users to accept transfers made in Bitcoin (BTC). This option will automatically become available to all projects owners. Funds will be received into a user`s internal account on the Funding platform with an option of withdrawing funds to their X-purse later.

WebMoney Funding allows fundraising using a number of different channels, such as crowdfunding, charitable projects, website support, and collective purchases as well as organising events. Projects from the "Crowdfunding", "Collective purchases" and "Events" menus are displayed in the public catalogue, while widgets for supporting the resource can be placed on a project owner`s website. Project deions from the "Charity projects" and "A call for help" menus are available via a link, which the project owners can share on external resources and social networks.

In addition to Bitcoin, fund transfers can also be made with the WebMoney bank cards, online banking and via electronic payment systems. The WebMoney Funding service does not charge an agent fee for creating a project.
